After 7 years of building my Event Management, Brand Marketing, and Audio-Visual Distribution Business, I have the intention to let it go and focus on my family business or remain as a minority sleeping partner (advisor) (while this job can be work remotely most of the time, it's best if someone can do it full time or employ a experienced event staff to work for you in order to expand the biz further. As this is my passive biz, and I have no liability on any equipment, my nett profit range from 20%-30% (tentage, other vendor services, food) to 70%-80% (inhouse equipment, av, game) on average after minus off expenses such as manpower and transportation)
Business Journey
I started with audio-visual rentals and event management, later expanding into brand marketing and AV distribution. Despite challenges, especially during COVID-19, where I endured two years of rent payments with no income and my business partner walked away, the company thrived. From a modest initial investment, I reinvested all profits to create an all-in-one event solutions provider, offering nearly everything in-house.
Today, we serve both end clients and B2B vendors in the event industry. We’ve successfully executed hundreds of events, with some event consisting of more than 5000 pax, and with bookings secured until November 2025 and inquiries still coming in through February 2026.

We own a comprehensive inventory, including:
✅ AV Equipment – Latest 12" Professional TWS event loudspeakers, multiple digital/analog audio mixers, true diversity wireless microphone system, multiple flight cases, guitar/bass amps, music instruments, AV adapters, Cables, and more.
✅ F&B Setup – Grillers, popcorn machines, cotton candy machine, freezers, sealers, cookers, and full serving sets.
✅ Games & Activities – Electronic basketball, carnival games, claw machines, bouncy castles, 3D pen art, robotic coding, and more.
✅ Videography & Staging – Cameras, lighting, projectors, large screens, KTV KOD systems, backdrops, photobooths, lighting stand, lighting tree stand and custom props (e.g., mamashop setups, staff uniforms).
✅ Logistics & Warehousing – 3 generators, fully air-conditioned warehouses and office (shared with a partner), and a warehouse located in changi housing more than 40+ high-end AV systems, including column array speakers.
